You must list THE APARTMENT PROS on ALL guest cards, phone calls and emails to the property as well as on each rental application. It is very important you tell your onsite leasing agent you heard about them from THE APARTMENT PROS on the first contact with each property.  Their advertising budget pays our fee and allows us to work for you for FREE. 

Contact us the SAME day you apply for your new apartment.  Some communities require pre-registration before you visit the community. You must have learned of  the community through our website or from us personally to qualify for the free move or cash rebate.  You must be a new resident of the community and not a referral from another source or onsite transfer. Your rental rate must be at least $800 for a 12 month lease term.  Shorter lease terms and rental rates may qualify for a reduced rebate. 

THE APARTMENT PROS is independent from the moving company and not responsible for loss or damages.  We cover the first two hours of your move or offer you a cash rebate when you select a community that works with Locators.  You must notify us the same day you complete your rental application to expedite the rebate or move process.  If property registration is required, this will ensure your qualification for the FREE MOVE OR REBATE. The property must confirm and agree to allow you to use our free services. Rebates are paid within 30 days of receiving payment from the community.
